Pure Beef Concentrate

A pure, unadulterated and minimally processed natural concentrate; a replacement for beef extract, beef bases without the added ingredients, chemicals, and flavor agents. Ours has two ingredients: beef [veal bones] and water.

Veal & Beef Demi Base

A thickened concentrate with a heat resistant starch, featuring a blend of pure, natural vegetable and wine concentrates. An ideal replacement for beef flavors, extracts, concentrates or bases that are loaded with chemicals, AYE, HVP, and other additives. Crafted for further processing and exceptional foundation for sauces.
