Primary Producer/Experience

At CIG, our core ingredients come direct from the source through our strategic supply partners. Our beef and veal products come from farms located less than an hour from our production facility. Our turkey, lamb, and duck bones are sent directly to us from leading high quality processors, consistent with our rigorous standards and requirements. There are no intermediaries, no additional processing step in our supply and production chain.

Nor do we fortify our products by reacting or modify the ingredients we produce with bases from flavor houses. We derive our flavors naturally, by using our own raw materials, cooked, simmered, reduced and processed by us, and then blended into the foundation bases, concentrates, and ingredients we supply to our customers.

It is our goal, and our customer commitment, to use the highest quality pure, natural, minimally processed fresh ingredients in our products. In this manner, CIG is able to provide authentic, culinary, clean label bases and concentrates to our customers. Products our customers can depend on for exceptional quality, consistency, and versatility; products that can deliver rich and robust, subtle or refined flavor notes.
