About CIG

Culinary Ingredient Group is an operating division of More Than Gourmet, which was founded in 1993 with the humble idea of creating commercially viable stocks, sauces, and bases for the home, professional kitchens and food processing production facilities. Foundation ingredient products that would be faithful in every way to the authentic culinary tradition and thus, requiring raw materials that were natural, real food and that excluded synthetics, artificial flavors, colors, and preservatives.

Headquartered in Akron, OH, the company is a global firm with sales offices and warehouses in Europe and Asia. CIG's products are used by soup, gravy, sauce, pasta, sous vide, prepared entrée and aseptic stock/broth further processors world wide.
